Welfkins are a closed specie

Upon buying you are allowed to change the clothing and the hairstyle, add accessories, etc. You cannot change the color of skin/eyes/fur or the gender without permission.

Welfkins have 2 tails (one on top of the other) that always moves around.
They are capable of making sound, but they do not like doing so. They don't have a vocal language. It doesn't mean they are not smart enough for language, it's just that... they don't like speaking. They have other forms of conveying info however that are unknown to us. 
They're tiny. About the size of one's hand. 
Males of the specie have different sized and shaped horns. Females doesn't have horns.
